The Dome Restaurant

Welcome to the Department of Hospitality, Catering and Tourism. Our fine dining restaurant and balcony cafe are open for the majority of the year and provides a wide variety of freshly produced dishes at a reduced cost allowing our students to gain both valuable, practical and confidence skills required in the hospitality sector.

All our facilities are fully equipped to the highest possible specification by leading brand manufacturers such as Electrolux and Molteni.

In our fine dining restaurant, student training focuses on using good quality seasonal products that are locally sourced wherever possible. We are open for lunch Monday - Friday and for dinner on Tuesday evening.

Our balcony cafe offers a more casual style of service for morning coffee and light snacks and is open from Tuesday to Friday from 10.00am to 11.30am and light lunches are served from 11.45am to 1pm.

Our opening times can vary throughout the year so we advise telephoning at regular intervals for the latest updates.

As we are a training environment, please allow a little longer than normal for your meal; we thank you in advance for your cooperation in this.
