We’ve developed five key principles to guide the development and delivery of all of our courses and modules to ensure that you have a high quality, rewarding online learning experience:

Activity–driven course design

Our courses are designed to provide you with stimulating, relevant and current content and activities, specifically designed for online learning.

Responsive tutoring

All of our online tutors are experienced in teaching online and are experts in their individual subject areas. They will provide you with timely feedback and support throughout your studies.

Social learning

You’ll have the opportunity to learn with and from your peers. Our students come from all over the world giving you the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience of different cultures, approaches and systems.

Flexible online tools

Our aim is to provide you with easy, flexible access to specially designed online course materials which allow you to study whenever and wherever you want.  You can study on a PC or laptop at home or work or on a mobile device while you are on the move.

Developing online learning skills

You will receive dedicated support and guidance from your tutors and our student support teams about how to be a successful online learner.

Student Protection Plan

All higher education institutions registered with the Office for Students are required to publish a Student Protection Plan setting out what students can expect to happen should a course, campus or institution close.
